Please Help Us Bring Our Family Back Together

Hello, I am humbly reaching out to any and all to ask for help with my daughter’s custody case of her wonderful 4 1/2 year old son with special needs who she adopted in 2021. Will you please help our family? Over the past 2 years of an incredibly painful custody battle we have invested over $17,000 from savings, personal loans, working extra jobs and the help of a very close friend. We’ve now exhausted our resources, seen our credit rating decline 100 points and have contracted with the services of a debt settlement company. Our ability to borrow conventionally is gone. While recent events and upcoming hearings are very encouraging we have set a goal of $8000. This will go a long way to help with the exorbitant costs associated with my daughter’s case. We are fearful of our funds running out at such a crucial time. We never in our wildest dreams thought it would be so expensive to care for him and his future, but due to an unforeseen custody case it has become so. We feel it is imperative to maintain contact with him while going through this as well. His need for the same is evident from the undying bond he has with his mom, loving hugs, joy at seeing us, his toys, yard, dog and the infectious laughter that brightens our day. Sadly though, his reluctance to leave and inability to understand why, which are evident from his words and actions, cause each visit to end on a somber, tearful note. We stretch every dollar to remain in his life as much as possible. I can’t begin to describe the embarrassment of putting this information for all to see and having to resort to pleas for help. We humbly do it to protect our little guy and put our whole family back together. For us of course, but primarily for him. So we ask those that can and are willing, to donate whatever possible or even employ us. We can all do odd jobs like house cleaning, yard work, reorganizing, babysitting, dog sitting, basic car maintenance, errand running, basic handyman jobs etc. No matter if what you have to give is a prayer or words of encouragement we deeply appreciate your support. Please share this with friends and ask them to do the same. We have another 3-6 months to go and are faced with immediate financial needs for upcoming expenses this month and those to come.
