Please Help Injured Volunteer Firefighter
Donation protected
On Christmas Eve, while we all excitedly prepared for Santa and tucked our little ones in bed, one man left candlelight church services to aid in the call to duty. Being a volunteer for 30 years with the Kunkletown Volunteer Fire Company, this man, my brother, has aided countless families in tragedy. He helped save lives, homes, and was there for all of us, the community, whenever that siren blew.
It’s time for us all to be there for him. We received the call that any first responder family fears on Christmas Eve when Kyle suffered severe trauma from a fire hose that bulked back and took him down, resulting in multiple fractures to his pelvis. There is a long recovery ahead full of lots of painful physical therapy to get Kyle back up on his feet and walking again.
While Kyle is a dedicated volunteer, he will be unable to work his full-time paying job for many months as he recovers. We ask that you give whatever you can to help, no amount is too small. Please show Kyle how much he means to this community with your love, prayers, and support.
