Please help Isatou Barry undergo Hip Surgery

Hello my name is Binta i creating this GofundMe account to help cover medical bills for my niece, Istaou Barry. Isatou is 22-year-old beautiful young lady requiring urgent bilateral total hip replacement surgery. Isatou was recently diagnosed with the disease and needs acute treatment overseas. However, given the poor medical care in The Gambia, doctors have advised that she gets treatment in India where the treatment is efficient and much more affordable.
