Please Help Jake continue His Fight against FA

Hi my name is Jacob (Jake) I'm 25years old & have a Rare Neurodegenerative condition called Friedreich Ataxia which is also Life Shortening & causes Loss of Mobility, Scoliosis, Cardiomyopathy, vision & speech impairments, fatigue & uncontrollable spasms plus more. I have been in my Wheelchair since I was 13years old that's when I lost my ability to walk. I have maintained my strength levels over the last 10years & despite severe Mental Depression, Constant pain, Surgery, Injuries, from falls eg Head injuries, broken thumb, & viruses that have put me in hospital, I Still try to Fight & Stay Strong.

I do Physio every week now since moving &

I've started a Go Fund Me page with my Mum & Dad to help me raise money for these 2 pieces of Physio equipment a Reformer Pilates machine & a Plinth Bed for Me to also use at home to help me maintain my physical & mental health & significantly help improve my Independence.

To Put this out there to the Universe & ask for personal help is something that We have never done & we are unable to finance it so I'm trying for People power here to enable Me to raise enough money to get these 2 item's which Will be of Great Value & to Help Me.
