Please help Jake following his motorcycle accident

On Thanksgiving evening my brother Jake was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. He was heading home on the 5 north from dinner with family and friends in San Clemente. While riding in the carpool lane, he was side swiped by a car and ejected from his motorcycle. He was transported by ambulance to Mission Hospital as a trauma patient. Upon impact with the ground, he broke his collarbone, his hand was run over and he suffered road rash to both legs along with serious bruising. Surgery to repair his displaced collarbone is scheduled for 12/7. Jake has been in unimaginable pain not only physically but also heartbroken over the loss of his bike which he called his “little rocketship” Jake will be out of work for the next 8 weeks. I’m setting this page up to help raise some funds to take away some of the financial burden. Thanks for your help!!
