Please help Jayde with her gender transition

Hi, I'm Jayde. I'm 38, live in Melbourne Australia and have been medically transitioning to female for over three years.

This is such a long journey, and I'm seeking assistance for my social and medical transition. Initially, funds will be used for doctors appointments (including continuing my hormones), electrolysis sessions and voice training sessions.
