Please help Jeff Thorpe !!

My name is Jeff Thorpe, and I need help. I have worked hard my entire life. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with autonomic neuropathy, which has caused me to lose function of my arms and legs. I am currently on disability, which barely covers my co-pays for numerous medications I must take. I am close to losing my house, and all of my utilities are close to being shut off, which is causing me to reach out for help. I cannot bring in enough money to catch up my house, nor pay for all of my medications. I will start Medicare in July, and I am just asking for help so that I can make it until then. I will appreciate anything you can do to help me in this situation.
