Please help Jess Wilkinson

Hi, I’m Jonathan and I’m fundraising to help Jess Wilkinson pay for some medical bills. She’s been extremely sick for the past several weeks, battling pneumonia, a stomach ulcer and has been throwing up blood. She’s lost over 20 pounds, and can barely eat anything, except for some very soft foods. Because of her condition, Jess has not been able to work, and this is why she has no money for medical bills. She has to have several tests to see what is going on with her, where the doctors will guide a camera down her throat into her stomach to see what’s wrong. It’s called a endoscopy, which is gastrointestinal procedure. But she doesn’t have health insurance, the medical facility won’t offer payment plans for this type of procedure, and Jess is running out of options.
