Please help Jim Tharp prove his innocence

Hi, we are the friends and family of Jim Tharp of Mertzon, Texas. We are raising funds to get an attorney for Jim so he can appeal the wrongful charges filed against him. Since he was booked on Thursday, his son is left without a father and provider and needs financial help. We are, also, trying to save his house from going into foreclosure.
