Please Help Kathy Hill

Hi, my name is Debbie and I am fundraising for my sister, Kathy. She suffers from severe scoliosis, osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis which has resulted in major back problems.

Unfortunately, in December Kathy had a really bad fall and broke her back in two places; above rods at T-10 and near her neck below the titanium plate at C-7.

She will have to have surgery again (scheduled for February 21, 2024) only this time they will open her up from C-1 to S-1., top to bottom. They will go in and remove all of the current hardware which includes 26 screws and rods and put all new screws and rods from the base of the scull to the tailbone. It will be a very invasive surgery that will take approximately 10 hours to perform. She will be out of work for 3 to 4 months with no financial help.

Single and self-employed sometimes isn’t the best. If you can help in anyway, she would truly appreciate it. Anything helps and she thanks everyone who can help her in advance.
