Please help Kevin Lynn and family

Those of you who know us know that we are usually helping others - Kevin is one of the most selfless people I have ever met. It is very hard for us to ask for help but expenses are becoming overwhelming. Kevin has been very sick for a long time and financially we have managed to struggle through to make ends meet but the added expenses are piling up and we are really struggling.
Quick history of our situation, Kevin fell in May of 2021 and broke both of his hands which required surgery. His pre-op lab work showed some issues so after surgery when he went to his Gastro doctor for a follow up for what we thought was stomach ulcers he was told that he had Non-Alcoholic Cirrhosis of the Liver and would most likely need a transplant at some point in the near future. He has progressively gotten worse over the past few years. He was undecided on whether to pursue the transplant because of the expense but when the doctor told him in October of 2022 that he had 6 months to a year to live (and he was only 49 at the time) he decided to get a referral to Mayo Clinic and start the evaluation process for a liver transplant. After several long months of testing and procedures at Mayo Clinic he was approved in April for a liver transplant and was placed on the list however because of needing some vaccines they had to inactivate him but he was added back on the transplant list on 7/3/23. We have many medical bills and expenses already with our many trips to Mayo and there are many more to come. We are asking for help with these expenses we already have and medical bills and housing for when he gets the transplant which we are anxiously waiting for. He will be in the hospital for 5-10 days and then we have to stay in Jacksonville for approximately 3-4 weeks.
Our sincere thank you to our friends and family who have been on this ride with us for all of your thoughts, prayers and help so far and thank you in advance to those who are able to help us now. He is very sick with the liver disease but is also battling anemia and other health issues related to the liver so the medical bills just keep coming. He has a lot of other issues related to the liver that require procedures to be done to keep him as healthy as possible for transplant. He struggles to be able to do daily tasks (most days he is not even able to leave the house) and we pray that he gets a liver very soon. For those of you who don’t have the money to help financially please keep us in your prayers - we have a very long road ahead of us. God has brought us a long way and he will get us through this. Thank you so much!
