Please help Laura fight Leukemia

There are times in your life when you stop and question everything. Times when you wonder how one women could go through so much. Laura is one of my soul sisters, she is crazy and loud and one of the most passionate people I’ve ever met. I, as many of you, watched her fight through breast cancer the past two years. She walked away like the boss she is, until recently.  Laura was feeling terrible a few weeks ago, just couldn’t get better. When she finally got in to see the oncologist, the absolute unbelievable happened, she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).  Laura is currently in the hospital for at least a month doing yet another round of chemo. As the bills pile up and she’s out of work, she and her kids need our help. Laura’s two kids are amazing and supportive. They miss their mom, trips into the city are not cheap.  Bills still need to be paid even if you are walking through hell on earth.  Please, take a minute and be thankful for your health.  Please come together as the community we are and help Laura and her kids, they need us right now. Anything will help. Please share with your friends and family in hopes that maybe they will be able to help as well.  Thank you for taking the time to read this, say a prayer for Laura and strength for her kids during this.
