Please help lay Paul Mott

Please help lay my husband to rest... after 9 strokes in the last five years one of which was a massive brain stem stroke that led to his ventilator dependency hemiplegia.dyshagia and blindness in his rt eye the strokes were brought on due to chronic hypertension and congestive heart failure. Paul was hospitalized for 18mos before returning home in may it was the first time that he and I (his wife )had been apart in our 26 yrs of marriage.

Paul courageously fought for his life all alone with strangers in a rehab an hour and a half away and could only have visits through the window.

He finally after alot of diligence and struggle became strong enough to return home to his loved ones. The family suffered yet another tragedy with the death of their youngest son in July who left behind 3 small children.

The family is only receiving SSI on the lowest annual income allowance. Please help us out this family and finally give him a place to rest he fought a long hard battle and just ktept fighting until his body grew too tired n weak n started shutting down.
