Please Help Lillian Beat Her Tumors!

Lillian is my beautiful 14 year old niece. She is oldest of four children and her brothers and sister adore her. She has been recently diagnosed with four tumors in her pelvis and her hip. She is facing  immediate radical, aggressive surgery to remove the tumors followed by radiation and possibly chemotherapy. The tumors are placing pressure on the femoral artery and femoral nerve which is causing significant pain for Lillian. The precarious tumor placement will require a team of vascular surgeons to safely remove all the abnormal cells so that Lillian can retain function of her leg and pelvis. Further biopsies will definitively determine if any of the tumors are indeed malignant. Lillian and her family will need to travel 3 hours each way for treatments which require hotel and meal expenses. In addition, my sister will be taking a partial leave of absence from her job to help care for Lilian during her treatment.
