Hi, my name is Barbara and I am creating this fundraiser for a dear friend, Lisa.

Lisa has been through many trials and tribulations that life has thrown at her, including illness, job loss, and the death of her beloved husband, Billy, and now is literally being evicted out of her apartment because of many situations, one of them being illness due to Covid and the loss of a job. Lisa is a really hard worker, in spite of having lupus, she still continues to work hard, but in today’s economy, it is virtually impossible to recover from financial loss so quickly. Lisa has gone through all of her savings and credit cards just trying to survive and get through life. The economy has not helped the situation at all. I am trying to raise money for her so that she is able to secure an apartment and pay first last and security, and also pay for movers. She is literally at risk of being evicted at any moment. If you have ever been in the situation in your life, facing homelessness, or know someone who who is a widow, you will understand.
