Please Help Lucy get surgery so she can walk again

Sandy’s baby girl and best companion Lucy (she’s a dog daughter) got hit by a car and thank god she lived through it! But she’s already had one surgery costing $1300 to put her hip back in place, and now she needs one more. She cries day and night in pain and her quality of life has drastically declined. The vet said next surgery will fix her!
