Please help me as I am disabled

Hi, my name is Charles, and I am fundraising to stay in my home. I have been unemployed since June of last year. I am diebetic. While in the hospital for covid, I Picked up an infection in my left foot, which went down to the bone. During this time, I was Put on a powerful antibiotic via IV in my right arm and had three surgeries on my left foot. Witch in 2 of the surgeries, they had to remove a Piece of the bone each time. Thus leaving me disabled and unable to walk correctly. Even though my left foot is none weight-bearing, I have been doing what exercises I can do to get better. But I still see a long road ahead of me to recovery.

The main reason I am here is to ask for some help to get the rent paid for a few months and to get some unpaid bills paid while I am still waiting for approval on disability from the social security administration. Your Help would be very significantly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
