Please help me as I wait for disability

 My name is Maximilian Walker, I am an Autistic 23-year-old, and I am asking for your help with medical bills and cost of living. Until November of 2021, I was working as a Teaching Assistant with Special Education students, until I fell at work and exacerbated some existing issues, leaving me Bedridden.

 Due to a hereditary condition (Patellar Tracking Disorder), compounded by injuries, I am suffering from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My hips, wrists and shoulders are also prone to dislocation; the type is being tested. In addition to being very painful, this makes standing and moving difficult, at times literally impossible. When I can move, I need a cane at the very least to get around, and my range is still very limited even with knee braces.

 My heart has an arrhythmia, causing tachycardia and low blood pressure; this in turn causes me to become dizzy and sometimes faint throughout the day. My heart conditions are made worse by PTSD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

I also have Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, anxiety, and ADHD, diagnosed in me when was I was 12, which makes it very hard for me to be around others. I tend to get overstimulated from just speaking to another person, and it makes me severely uncomfortable to have to physically touch others through handshakes, hugs, or any other form of physical contact. Loud noises also will cause me to go into a state of panic, made worse by the aforementioned PTSD, and I will avoid interactions with others if it means I do not have to feel any of these triggers, overstimulations, and anxiety. I also have significant trauma with working, and my doctors even say I cannot work at the moment. I am in the process of getting a 210A form signed.

 I need help with living costs and medical bills while my disability claim is being processed. I can’t work currently, my family can’t take me in, and I have drained my savings. I need help with rent and other living expenses, and medical bills. I had gotten on VERAP, but right after I did, they announced that not only were they going to reduce the amount they would pay, but the program will fully end in December. My rent is 850 dollars. I desperately need to be able to pay this since the state does not care that I cannot work, and is actively showing that they won’t care.
