Please help me feed remote Community animals
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Lisa. I am a teacher living and working in remote Indigenous Communities of the Central Desert in the Northern Territory. Since moving here from Victoria, I have adopted a handsome, sweet boy named Blue Dog. I pay all his expenses which I am very happy to do. Sadly, so many dogs out here are starving and lack medical care. They need food, tick treatment and heartworm treatment urgently. I have been providing this for over a year now, but the cost is getting too much for me to manage on my own.
If this is a cause close to your heart, please feel free to donate to help me care for these dogs and cats. On the home screen you will see a picture of a timid little girl I have named Willow. She is so scared it is hard for me to get food to her. I want to take her to the vet in Alice Springs and get her medically assessed but it will cost quite a bit. The last dog I took cost $839 to get checked out by a vet.
The dogs pictured below greet me every morning when I arrive at school and devour their food so quickly! I feed them wet food in the morning and dry food before leaving in the afternoon. Their names are Simba and Princess. They are incredibly sweet and good-natured dogs.
Any donation you make will go directly to the care of these cheeky, beautiful animals.
