Please Help Me Fight Legal Battle in India

My name is Nguyen Thi Han, and I am a Vietnamese woman married to a German national. We are living in New Delhi due to my husband's job. We have a lovely 8-year-old son who is currently in 2nd grade.

In early 2018, my husband decided to move to Germany without consulting me, shortly after I had won a permanent job contract with extremely good salary and policy. I was angry, but I still decided to quit my job to support his career.

In the first 9 months of living in Germany, I depleted all my savings to help furnishing our new place and covered our living expenses as my husband claimed his account was empty.

Recent events have shaken me deeply.

I discovered my husband's affair! On February 15, by misrepresenting, in secret, he took our son to Thailand for a holiday with his lover and his parents. During this trip, our son suffered a severe burn on his face due to neglect. This incident has deeply affected our son, leading to sadness and stress. And I only discovered this on 1st of March.

Since I discovered the affair, my husband's formerly intermittently abusive behavior has escalated, including financial abuse by cancelling my credit card, cancelling my access to money and stopping all payments, even daily expenses, thereby restricting my freedom and safety.

I am 100 percent financially dependent on him because of my visa situation as a trailing spouse in India. But still,he repeatedly makes demeaning remarks, attacking my character by stating that the reason I have no money is that I am too lazy to work.

My husband denies all allegations of infidelity and portrays me as mentally unstable, claiming I have fabricated everything and need psychiatric treatment. He openly speaks about this in front of our son, causing significant stress to our child. My son has experienced psychological symptoms and even vomited due to the stress caused by his father's words.

I know my husband has shown intent of taking our son out of India without my consent, as he already has and as he has currently hidden my son’s passport. His contract is about to end in August and he is planning to take my son to the next country, without me (he's stopped paying the re-enrollment fees for the recent school for next school year). He could leave anytime when his new position opens in another country. If he moves to a country where I can't have access or it's hard to get a visa, I will not be able to reach my son-who my most important and my everything.

Because of this, I am currently filing for legal custody of my son. I know it is a very long and hard process, as my husband will aggressively fight back against me for custody. He has stated that nothing could stop him from having custody of our son.

I need financial help now! There's a likely chance that my son and I will be stuck in India while I sort out my custody battle. I am fighting hard to be with my son and
