Please help me get my top surgery so i can be my true self!

Hello i'm Khairhiu Lavahlia, i am asking for any and all donations to help me get the surgery i need to become who i have always been.

i grew up with a very closed minded mother in my most important developmental years (my mother took me away from my father against my wishes) where anything LGBT was considered "disgusting" and "subhuman". This caused me to have to hide the fact i'm transgender for years as my own mother vowed to kill any of her children who would "Disgrace the family" and have suffered from dysmorphia without any support for almost 2 decades thankfully I have therapy to talk about it now and I have had to go completely no contact with my family for my own safety.

After meeting my wife i confided in her and she accepts and supports me in this decision. (it was also her idea to set this up)

My life has not been easy and i would have tried to save the money for this myself but unfortunately i had a severe stroke and after extensive testing i was medically retired so my reasonable paying job was forced to let me go.

I have also made inquiries with the NHS to see what can be done by them but with the waiting lists it's going to take a while before i can start HRT.

Believe me if there was any other way for me to have this surgery done i would have found it.

I now put my hope (and mental stability) in the hands of the kindness of strangers.

The money raised will go towards the assessments, surgery and aftercare plus any transport fees to get to and from the appointments, I have problems when asking for help so me setting this gofundme up is a big step for me.

Any and all help would be so greatly appreciated that words would never ever do any justice for the kindness shown.

This plea for help is my last option and i'm hoping and praying to whomever will listen that this will work and believe me when i say i was ready to sell my soul to get this done.

Living the way I am is a nightmare made manifest I cannot look in the mirror (i haven't seen my own reflection in 3 almost 4 years) and I practically live in my breastplate which is going to cause me skin problems, but without it on my whole world gets darker than it is already as dysmorphia is the worst mental torture that anyone could experience.

Getting this surgery would be the best thing that could ever happen to me (except meeting my wife).

So please if you can help it would mean so much to me as i really don't know how much longer i can go on like this, anything you can spare will be enough from £5 - £100 it would all be equally appreciated.
