Attending Court in WA to Help Keep My Family Together

Hello, my name in Nikole and I am trying to raise funds to continue to support my sister + her newborn baby boy as she seeks treatment and recovers from an ICU stay.

My sister has been homeless and addicted to drugs for the past 10 years. She is also a domestic violence victim. Staying in contact with her over the years has been difficult, but I am her next of kin and main support since our mother passed away and we have no other close family.

I now need to attend court to solidify our guardianship agreement. I already have custody of my two nieces, and I want to make sure it is known that this child has family support. Unfortunately, I live out of state and really need to be there in person to make this happen.

Original goal was met, I am now asking for funds to help with flight, lodging, food, and any unexpected baby needs that may come up during my return visit. I'm currently finishing my last term of community college, and as a single parent I do not have much of a nest egg for emergency situations like this. I depend on my community. Please help me help my sister.
