❤️Please help me help my beautiful mum hear again

Hello lovely people. I’m going to be shaving my head on what will be my amazing mums 69th birthday on the 7th of April 24. It’s been a hec of a year for mum after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in October of 22. She has been so amazing and positive throughout her treatment and to be honest it helped us all keep going too. 4 months of intense chemotherapy and then a mastectomy, then daily radiotherapy for 3 weeks. Now last week when I walked into mums house and saw her completely break down after being so strong throughout I knew I had to do something. The chemotherapy has robbed mum of her hearing. After yet another knock back (the NHS waiting list is long and they can’t say when she will get an appointment with an ENT) after an appointment with her gp and speaking to her oncologist it was just too much for her. She doesn’t want to go out, even just shopping, because she can’t hear anyone. She can’t hear her grandchildren or her great granddaughter. I want mum to be able to enjoy her life again, like she did before cancer. She’s always been the first one there to help all of us (5 children 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild) it’s time for me to step up and give back to the most deserving person I have the honour to call my mum.
