please help me meet my insurance deductible

on Feb 2nd I fell and broke my arm. the radius bone connecting my arm and wrist is fragmented and requires surgery asap. i do have health insurance but have to come up with the deductible before they will operate.  if i dont have the operation i will be permanently disabled.
i have worked very hard to be able to have my own home.  i will lose everything if i don't have this surgery.
