Please help me pay for my final reconstructive surgery

In 2021, I suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound that disfigured my face and left me hospitalized for a month and outpatient for two more. It has required multiple reconstructive surgeries to return my mouth and face to working condition as well as to appropriate aesthetic. My doctors, surgeons, dentists, and orthodontists have done an amazing job working with me to get me back to normal, but it has not been cheap, to say the least. At this point, I have completely exhausted my savings but still require one last surgery to fix the function and aesthetic of my nose. My FSA will cover my hospital portion of the surgery, but I still will require close to $5,000 to cover my plastic surgeon. Any help that comes my way will be very appreciated!
