Please help me relocate to a safe place

Hi my name is Phoebe and I am a 46 year old trans woman in the USA. In recent years I have experienced a series of traumatic and disturbing incidents of harassment at my places of work. I work in food service so it is impossible to avoid a regularly shifting population of strangers. I was forced to quit one job last year when targeted harassment was occurring both from customers and a lewd co-worker. Because I never got it on video my job basically treated me like I was crazy; my regional manager at that job, a trans man, told me to suck it up and shrug it off.

At the previous location I worked at for my current job I was catfished by a coworker on a dating app then harassed daily by him and another co-worker who was promoted to a supervisory position. In the last month I have received repeated accusations of being a child predator and rape and death threats. My management team has at least acknowledged the bad behavior from customers but can only stop one at a time and can't stand by my side every moment of the day.

Last week it escalated to the point that two unattended girls clearly under 18 were eyeing me up from the table closest to where I worked. The attention was unwarranted and made me very uncomfortable. I got a manager to be aware of the situation and was already in the throes of ptsd anxiety attacks. After talking to my manager tge girls had moved and were nowhere near the back of the building anymore. I asked my manager to accompany me to the bathroom and within 3 minutes one of the girls entered the bathroom as I was leaving. I am certain she was ordered by her parents or guardians to enter the bathroom at the same time as me to falsely accuse me of some sort of inappropriate behavior. Fortunately my manager was there the whole time. I fear there is some right wing website that is spreading deepfaked pictures or videos to convince these people I harm children. I believe they are Qanon people brainwashed by disinformation, the sort broadcast nightly on Fox news, to believe ALL queer people are sexual predators.

So I want to leave USA before I am raped and murdered. I have a friend in Europe who has offered me a place to stay, far from the insanity that is the current state of the USA.

If we can raise at least $3000 I will be able to relocate to Europe quickly. Once there I will work on seeking asylum or a work visa. In the meantime I am desperately seeking remote work to pay my bills. I currently do all my food shopping through DoorDash and if I have to go out for anything else I only do it when I have a friend to talk me through it on the phone. Everyday I fear for my life and I just want to be able to earn enough money to cover basic human expenses. If you can please help me you might literally be saving my life.
