Please help me returning to normal life

Hello my name is James I have recently been diagnosed with throat cancer and had my voice box removed I am in the process of transitioning to speaking and returning to work because I am choosing to work the government is charging me a percentage of my voice box equipment meaning I can’t speak clearly until I pay for this equipment.

i would appreciate any support to help me to return to work so I can help others once I am back on my feet
