Please help me to bring Sienna back home

Hi, my name is Brendan. I am Sienna's Dad. Her mother took her to Cambodia in March for what was supposed to be just a holiday. Her mother didn't return with Sienna as agreed.

Sienna has told me and other family members that she wants to come home but her mother refuses to even speak about the subject. Sienna is missed so much by her family, friends and classmates here at home. She has been taken to a country that is so culturally different from where she has been used to living here in Ireland for the past 8 years. She doesn't speak their language and has nobody to communicate with apart from her mother who forces her to stay there. This is a very uncomfortable situation for her.

This parental kidnapping has been reported to the Gardaí and Tusla. Due to jurisdiction, the Gardaí are unable to assist. I have been in contact with the Department of Foreign Affairs who have assisted me in finding an English speaking solicitor in Cambodia to start the legal battle to bring her home.
