Please Help me to help Michelle Matheson (HOPE SMITH)

Many people reading this will know of Hope Smith (AKA - Michelle Matheson). Michelle has worked tirelessly (for free) for years for Mortgage Fraud Victims and at times, her own matter has suffered as she put others desperate pleas for help before her own. Her need to run under the banner of 'Hope Smith' came from a fear of retribution from the banks. This is something many of us have feared over the years including high profile journalists and whistle blowers. The people who are responsible for Mortgage Fraud are the largest Corporations in Australia and the power they have to destroy innocent people is real!
Now it is your time to help Michelle (or as some still call her 'Hope').
Michelle has now been diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer with Mets to the Liver and has been given 6 - 12 months to live. She is mother to 3 beautiful children and they have been her beacon of light throughout her life and especially as a victim of Bank Mortgage Fraud.
I first met Michelle at a rally for Mortgage Fraud Victims on the lawns of Parliament House in November 2016. Michelle's caring and thoughtful nature was evident from the beginning when she handed me a bunch of helium balloons to release at the rally to acknowledge the loss of Mortgage Fraud Victims that had sadly taken their own lives through suicide.
Michelle is now one of my dearest friends and the thought of not having her contact me every few days (or vice versa) to check on how we are both travelling is simply too hard to comprehend. We always said we were neighbors in a past life - hair rollers in - glass of wine in hand and lots of chats over the back fence. Here's to our next chapter my dear friend.........
After 13 years battling the bank the stress of all this became too much for her and the family to bear. Michelle chose life over pursuing money owed to her (how very sad and this is now). She finally reached an agreement with the bank to leave her family alone in order to rebuild her life, her children's life and focus on her health which had suffered as a direct result of illegal repossession attempts and constant intimidation. As we all know, stress is the silent killer taking way too many of us. She managed to purchase a small house and has been working tirelessly in order to make this new house a home for her and her children - this was to be their much needed new start.
I asked Michelle recently - What can we all do to help you now?
Michelle would really appreciate some skilled workers who could donate time in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region in order to finish the projects that she hasn't quite completed. This would allow her and her children to enjoy their time together during this difficult cancer journey without the stress of organising the final repairs needed herself. She did not want money, but as I explained to her some of the jobs big or small will need a small amount of funding as the areas needed to be finished are toilet, laundry and back yard areas.
Cancer is cruel at the best of times.... but for Michelle who has tirelessly helped others for the past 13 years...... it is especially cruel. Her time is limited but our support will help her spend time with her children and hopefully see her home completed and ultimately take some future stress away from her three children.
Please share this post for me, especially in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region and amongst Bank Victims Australia wide, most of whom will know 'Hope Smith'.
Many Thanks for your time and help - Suz
