Please Help Me To Help These Wounded Cats

Hi, my name is Tina and I'm raising funds to pay for veterinary bills so I can continue to help wounded stray cats in the area where I live in the village of Black Earth.

There have been several homeless cats in my neighborhood who are suddenly showing up hurt. The first cat I noticed limping a few weeks ago is Waylon, a grey & white tabby. I live-trapped him and got him to a vet clinic where I found out his left, rear leg was broken in several places and the vet had no choice but to amputate his leg. He also had a puncture-type injury under his left eye. He is recuperating in a crate at my house after a second trip to the vet for a secondary infection and is healing up really well.

The second cat I live-trapped is Willy. He was also limping and the vet diagnosed him with Carpal Hyperextension in both front legs. The most common way to sustain this type of injury in cats is a fall/drop from a 2nd or 3rd floor level. Splinting the legs of feral cats does not not work out well so Willy is staying here, safely inside, while I attempt taming him so he can hopefully be adopted after he recovers.

The third cat I will be attempting to live-trap is Taco, the cat in the cover photo, who is limping and appears to possibly have an infection and swelling at the wound site.

I am out trapping every evening, weather permitting, as there is yet another orange tabby who appears to possibly have a BB hole in his right shoulder.

I am working with local law enforcement as I believe these injuries are quite possibly intentional.

I keep going because the cats are suffering and I won't look the other way.

Please help me to cover some of the medical expenses for these innocent kitties.

They don't deserve a life of pain and suffering.

I am also getting them all neutered at a low-cost clinic (so far, they have all been tomcats)
