Please help me with a Bucket list for laitoyia

Hi, my name is Kevan my significant other is in the hospital and her heart failure has gotten worse. she has been given less then a year too live and I want too give her the #1 on her bucket list while her health allows. so I'm aiming too marry her, I can't afford any type of wedding let alone the dream wedding I want too give her.
