Please help Megan and her children

Megan is a single mom of 4 young children 8 years old and under. She is in desperate need of getting into an apartment or new rental ASAP. Her current landlord has given her 6 weeks to pack up everything and leave. She has been renting this home for her and her children for the past 8.5 years with no late payments. However, they are pushing for a new tenant who will be paying much more than the current leasing agreement or trying to place it for sale in this crazy housing market. She has been completely blindsided by this and has no down payment or moving expenses saved especially given that it’s only 2 weeks after Christmas. She works two jobs and depends on very gracious neighbors to help babysit the children when she works the night shift. She never asks for help and has no family to lean on during this stressful time. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer her, a donation of as little as a dollar or if you have any furniture you would like to donate as she will need to downsize in space to accommodate their budget.
