Please help Mike Morris Fight Pancreatic Cancer

Hi, my name is Lisa Ferreira and I'm helping my best friends fight the fight of their lives against Pancreatic Cancer. Mike Morris is 38 years old, happily married to his beautiful wife Brittany Morris. They share 2 sons together, Maxwell 5 and Levi 1.

It was only weeks ago their battle began. Mike was suffering with excruciating back pains that he couldn't ignore. We were all on a family vacation together in Harrison when he decided to check himself into the hospital to see what the issue was. At first the Doctors were treating him for pancreatitis but then shortly after some tests a mass was found. This news was devastating and scary but him and his wife were told it is most likely lymphoma which is a highly treatable cancer. They got him in for a biopsy to confirm his case and a week later they were called in to get his results, this is when their world turned upside down.

Mike was diagnosed with a very rare case of Pancreatic Cancer, multiple doctors had to look into his case as it was so unbelievable a man at 38 had this, this cancer is commonly seen more in men 60+. Mike and Brittany were told if he wanted to get treated he could live up to a year and if not only 6 months. This news for so many people has been so absolutely devastating. For him, his wife, kids, his parents, his younger sister and all of his life long friends that have become family to him.

Mike and Brittany both decided they want to fight for his life and will do whatever it takes to get him the help he needs and just praying with the Chemo treatment some of his pain will subside so he can enjoy his time with his beautiful family. But, in order for this to happen they will need help and a lot of it. My hope is for Brittany to not have to work so she can stay home with her husband and kids during these unprecedent times. As their friend it pains me so much to see them go through this and I know I can't take the pain away from them but maybe we can alleviate some of their other stresses.
