Please help Miss. Meow Meow shot with pellet gun

I came home from being away for 9 days to my beautiful Blue Russian cat with a broken leg. The poor girl has been in pain alone for at least 5 days. Caretakers of my house tried to catch her but she was hissing & running from them. Yesterday no where in sight. This morning she came to us. We got her into a crate and the Campbell River Veterinary kindly took her in on a whim because she’s been in pain for so many days alone. I have now spoken to the vet and it is going to cost $6000 to operate on her badly broken femur bone. Her leg is most likely broken from falling after someone shot her with a pellet gun. The pellet is still inside her leg, and the break is in the mid section of her femur (between hip & knee.)I could have her leg amputated for $4000 or have the surgery for anywhere between $5000-$5500, however I’m sure she’ll need follow up or medication. Please help as I cannot afford either option, but am willing to try fundraising to help Miss.Meow Meow keep her leg. She’s only 3-5 yrs old so has a lot of life left in her. I took her in when she needed a place to call home which is why I’m not sure of exact age. Even small donations can add up.
