I just found out my ex in-laws Mary Ann & Bill Eye
(Who I love dearly)
Were recently scammed well over $42,000 by a fake publishers clearing house scam

(Which after googling I discovered has been going on for many years)
I am starting this go fund me for them because they lost every penny of their life savings & possibly could lose they’re home.
(They took out a loan & drained their bank accounts to send the scammers the "required taxes & fees" in order to receive their prize winnings, 11 million)
They were so excited when they received the phone call from "Dave Sayer" executive head of PCH, that they won, all they could think about was how they were going to help their kids & grand kids!
She kept it a secret because she really wanted to surprise the family
Dad is a retired preacher, disabled, deaf & in very poor health
Mom was supposed to retire from Walmart this week because her health is not the best anymore either.
She is such a trusting soul & will give anyone anything they ask for.
These two people are beyond kind, caring & have quietly done so much for others!
Yes, the police are involved, we've notified everyone including the FTC but as we were told & most all know, the chances of recovering the money are slim to none.
I plan to contact the local news in hopes that this can get out to warn others. (If anyone has any contact info that would be a big help)
Some might ask how they could have fallen for it, but the truth is, our elderly folks aren't all computer savvy & a lot of them are very trusting & naive to the wickedness in this world.
Every single dollar will help, they add up!

Prayers are also so very much needed, prayers for peace for them & that they can keep their home.
(They are being very hard on themselves right now for being so gullible)
Also, I can't stress this enough, PLEASE check on your parents, grandparents, elderly friends etc
Please help spread the word because after going online & researching, I discovered how huge & massive this scam is!
(I also wonder where all this money is going, I was told by authority's it's going overseas, my mind can't help but think could this possibly be a way that terrorists are also funding their mission?)
