Please Help My Baby Boy Apollo.

This is really heavy on Apollo and we need help to support him in anything he needs to recover and get healthy again.

Hi.. my name is Rhyleigh and I am Apollo’s mom.. Apollo has cerebral palsy and I am spreading awareness for any child with disabilities. His form of Cerebral palsy affects his mobility and with him being in this state .. I am afraid that it would delay his skills because he’s not moving around in the bed .

here’s the story of how it started..

On Tuesday evening April 23, 2024 Apollo got very sick. He had a very high fever for many hours and he went into septic shock because 3 organs of his , kidney, liver, and stomach are now dysfunctional.. he is peeing out blood , spitting up blood & he is on 4 blood pressure medications because his body is having a really hard time pumping blood. They did surgery on him and found dead bowel inside of him. They removed 50 CM worth of intestine. They had to give him blood and platelets because his count dropped very low on Thursday. His body is getting more and more swollen because of receiving blood every 2-4 hours and getting so many fluids to make sure he stays hydrated .. and on multiple medications including a paralytic to keep him paralyzed through his recovery.. he is on a breathing machine/ ventilator. He has a central line in his neck. It took so long to get his body to warm back up again that he lost the chance for his nurses to get access for hours with his veins because they became flat …

he cannot go on dialysis to fix his kidney and liver right away because his blood pressure will drop extremely low.

this breaks my heart , he is only 11 months and he’s my baby.. I'm with him all of the time and me and him have a connection out of this world . His father passed in my early pregnancy and im his only parent .. so I can never leave his side. He’s been staring at me almost since he was born on the first day he couldnt stop lookin at me , he loves his momma because he knows his momma loves him very much. He is slightly stable but not much he is very sick and the hopes of him getting better are fair, because I will continue to speak life into my child and I am praying that he makes it through this. He will need extensive therapy and interventions when all of this is over with. Please

help my baby get the best care and supplies he needs so when he gets out of the hospital I can set him up a medical room in a house for his condition. I’m staying positive but right now as we speak, it is officially up to Apollo from now on , whether he decides he wants to fight and live or not.

and the other 400 has went to clothing buckets, organizers, & calming sensory lights and music boxes .
