Hi my name is connah and I have over 16 years experience being a professional chef. After being made redundant during covid I have settled down with my partner and we’ve had a beautiful baby girl born. I’ve had a lot of time to reflect and think of my next adventure. I’m setting up a business called Dark Kitchen and my chapter 1 of the business is making authentic pizzas cooked in a pizza oven. I’m going to be converting a trailer into a catering truck so I can become mobile and deliver my business service to the public providing delicious fresh food. I will also be opening my Callander for weddings and food festivals from mid 2023. To all that Donate wether it’s small or big I will be so grateful and it would help so much.
