Please help my dog Lucky with traumatic injuries

Hello, My Name Is Marica, and yesterday in my own driveway 3 Pitbulls attacked my dog Lucky and me. He endured traumatic injuries from this vicious attack. He is currently at a veterinary emergency hospital and is undergoing surgery today and receiving critical care. I'm not sure how long he will be there but after he gets out ( & god I am praying he makes it as we are not out of the woods yet) he will have to go back to the vet weekly to be checked, have his bandages changed, cleaned, etc. My world has been falling apart with my metastatic breast cancer, I have been hanging onto hope and trying to keep it glued together.  My injuries yesterday fail by comparison to his. I love my precious boy so much, he isn't just a dog to me, he is my fur baby and momma needs him back home and healthy. Lucky is my emotional support companion, If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. His treatment at the veterinary hospital saved his life, and the bills quickly added up to $8500.  Any little bit would help. thank you and God bless.
