Please help my family and I out! Thanks

Howdy everybody, as most of you know I was born with a heart defect. I’ve had two prior surgeries to correct my problems, but the surgeons decided to wait on a valve replacement. You know that technology catch up with my element so now the time is coming to do that valve replacement, this is turning out to be very costly for my family and I as I have to travel to and from Seattle to have this done and I now live in Montana. So if you can spare some change to help me and my family, it would be much appreciated. I also have recovery to go through which is going to be may be a two month process so whatever you can give for help take the stress off of me and my family.
