Please Help My Family Pay Water & Gas

Hello, my name is Rubin. I'm a full-time college student living with my family. Our water has been disconnected since November 2nd following a leak our landlord failed to fix. Because of the leak, our water bill has shot up to over $2,000. I'm the only person in the family working, although I don't make much money and am nowhere close to covering the cost. We have no extended family to rely on and have exhausted all other options for government and community assistance.

We have been using bottled water, but this isn't a long-term solution and is a drain of the limited amount of money we have. We desperately need this to be fixed.

Our water bill is around $2,070. Any money raised will go directly toward paying off this bill. Any other amount will be put in a savings account and used for the following in case of emergency:

While our main goal is to get our water turned back on, having a backup plan for utilities in case of emergency would provide us with much peace of mind, especially with paying for gas (we have a very cold winter coming up!).

Our family has been struggling to get back on our feet for 2 years now after a long period of instability, including homelessness and domestic violence. We all experience varying disabilities and need any help we can get to take care of ourselves and improve our lives. Any help would mean the world to us.
