Please Help my Former Client's Son Whose Mom Just Died :(

My friend Cherice Thomas passed away yesterday in a tragic swimming accident. I know Cherice because she was wrongly convicted of murder in 2009 but the conviction was overturned on appeal. She attended my wedding after her release in 2012 and I met her baby boy Deron just a month after he was born in 2013. We have stayed in touch and our kids attended summer camp together last summer.

Her sweet son Deron is only 11 years old and faces a tough road ahead without his mother. We are hoping he can relocate and he will need resources, including grief counseling and support to navigate this terrible situation. I intend to stay in his life and I will ensure that any money donated is properly used for his care and upbringing.
