Please help my friend's medical debt

Over the last year I've become very good friends with Jessica, she has become one of my closest friends. The hardest thing about being friends with anyone is seeing them struggle and not knowing what to do to help them. 

I've exhausted my personal options and now I'm asking for your help to help my friend. 

The backstory is pretty simple and pretty true to the way our healthcare system works. Jessica was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at just 5 years old.

Within the last 6 months she ended up hospitalized more than once for her condition and ultimately she was fired from her job for it, citing too many absences. 

Without a job and unable to pay her medical bills they ended up going to collections. It was ruled in court that her wages and bank account could be garnished until the money was paid back, with no minimum on how much they could take. She was making payments but when she lost her job, she couldn't and that's why they decided to garnish.

Now, during her job search it is pretty well known that she will have her money taken the moment she gets it. This has made it incredibly difficult on her in terms of being able to pay for her medication, take care of herself and her cat. 

It's also created strife in her living situation, being unable to pay the full amount of her rent, surviving on the little bit of unemployment she gets. 

We're not asking for a lot, we're just looking to help her pay the medical debt that's draining her funds when she's gets them. Things will start looking up if we can just raise enough money to stop the garnished wages.
