Please help my granddaughter….a victim

Hi Iam grandpa. One of my granddaughters is a victim of rape.  She will never be the same. I would like her mom to save money for a car that works. So she will be able to bring her children doctor appointments and her daughter to needed emotional help.  She never ask for much she just wants transportation she can rely on. She appreciates
