Please help my mom in this medical emergency

Hi, my name is Annie and I have started this GoFundMe page for my mother Miao Chan Cheng. My mother is 59 year old this year. My mother was originally in the Royal Columbian Trauma Room one nurse to one patient ratio on October 7 and her brain surgery was unfortunately unsuccessful and she is now currently at Surrey Memorial Hospital she has been in the hospital for more than 3.5 weeks now fighting for multiple life-threatening medical health challenges.

Later on, I learned that it was a septic obstructing kidney stone that has cause infection in her kidney and then endocarditis, infection in her heart, destroy the normal function of her aortic valve and with endocarditis the vegetation growth travel as a clot into her brain and cause a right MCA stroke as well as mom had a bad fall on OCT 7 and hit her head and there is some bleeding activities in the brain. I was previously working as a nurse and the day I found out my mom is critically sick. I have quit everything in my life including my job to be here with mom 24/7. Since my mom at times required 2-3 people help using ceiling lift as from previously independent has now has became hemiparesis with no movement and no sensation to the left side and very weak to the right side and with neck and head injury due to the fall and stroke and other complex health challenges. I have also hired a private caregiver on some days for my mom as it is very difficult to get help in the hospital and at times waiting for 2 hours for call bell to be answered and it breaks my heart to see my mom is screaming in pain often and suicidal but the hospital told me they don't have the budget to get sitter for my mom to ensure her safety. Also, I can not turn mom by myself and therefore I have hired a private caregiver as mom need frequent repositioning and need help with all aspect of her ADLs (which I still have to figure out how to pay them)

My mom and I are in extreme suffering and God has really put both of us in a difficult trial at this time. I am feeling very weak as I been caring for my mom 24/7 as well as unfortunately since I have gave up my job to take care of my mom I am now running out of money for food unless on certain days I was able to borrow a few dollars from people.

I am my mother's main caregiver even before her illness transition and she is the closest family member I have. I really can't afford to lose my mom. Everyday is an extremely difficult and heartbreaking day for my mom and I physically, mentally and emotionally. God has certainly put me on the trial right now. I am really praying and begging to God to let my mom live as I can't lose my mom. If my mom is able to fight through this in the hospital the new few months. I am also having to look in renting a place that is wheel chair accessible and other equipment like ceiling lift, sling, wheel chair, equipment, briefs since my mom has no sensation and no movement to her left side and very weak on her right side. This is very difficult for me to ask for help but now I have no choice but I am praying for God's mercy and grace and now I am humbly asking for help as I am running out of money since I am not working at this time to be with mom

The money would be used towards my mom's medical expenses, private caregivers, food, equipment, rent and I would be extremely grateful and really appreciate it to have a 10,000 goal to at least lessen my financial burden for the next few weeks so I am able to focus on helping my mom and to be able to breathe to think about how I can plan for next steps and I would also need to rent a place that can accommodate wheelchair and prepare for the future if God allows my mom to live and her discharge date would be a few months from now. I don't even though how I am able to get through this and pay for things and basic needs as mom would require 2 people to be with her at all times, meaning me and another private caregivers and I don't even want to think this far ahead.

There will a very long road and many challenges and unknown ahead of my mom and I. To say that mom and I are in extreme suffering would be an understatement. This is difficult and embarrassing for me to ask for help but I am now humbly asking for help and hoping this help will at least get me and my mom through the next few weeks. Please also kindly pray for healing and strength for my mother and for her health to get better. Any prayers and any donations of any amount are sincerely appreciated.
