Please help my mom & stepdad in this time of need

Update on Greg: He will have to have chemo treatments for a few months. Continued prayers are appreciated. With that being said he will be out of work for an unknown amount of time. We are still overwhelmed with the support from everyone during this time and appreciate it more than we could ever explain.

A few weeks ago my stepdad, Greg Turner, was diagnosed with colon cancer. He had surgery on July 11th, the tumor was successfully removed via a laparoscopic surgery and he was released from the hospital on Friday, July 17th. He is at home and recovering very well now. Though he isn’t fully out of the woods yet, he finds out next week at his appointment on the 20th if he will need further treatment such as chemo and radiation. We know that God is ultimately in control and we have complete faith he will not need any treatments. All of that being said, he is also the main provider of the household as my mom quit working earlier this year to be home with my special needs sister to give her the care she needs. He has been out of work since his surgery and with a recovery time of 6 weeks, he will be out for the remainder of that as well. Longer if treatments are required. In the meantime, my mom is going to be looking to go to work but again, with a special needs child and no one close by to help with her it will be difficult.

I am making this to help alleviate the stress of monthly bills, grocery expenses, and anything else they need during this difficult time in their lives. Anything and everything is very much appreciated. Even if it is just prayers.
