Please help my niece get a used car

Hi my name is Kathy and my niece Michelle, who is 25 years old and a single mother, went to warm up her car yesterday morning and while she was inside getting ready in the car caught on fire and it is completely totaled!. Like I said above, she is a single mother that works very very hard for her little girl. She just needs to get back on her feet so that she can have a car to go back-and-forth to work and during the holidays it is so hard. She had left her purse in the car and lost the little money she had in there. Any help is so greatly appreciate it!! Thank you so much!
