PLEASE help my parents in their ONLY time of NEED

UPDATE: My dad passed away this afternoon (07-26-23) with his loved ones by his side.

With that being said we can’t even properly grieve him right now due to the worries of how my mom will pay the bills on the first. My dad was the breadwinner and unfortunately due to the untimely passing he didn’t have life insurance. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m trying to organize a meal train for my mom as well. I’m trying to help my parents through this EXTREMELY difficult time! My dad was recently diagnosed with cancer and it spread to his vocal cords after the doctor ignored his pleas for almost a year of him complaining that something was wrong. He can no longer speak. He recently had surgery to remove the cancer and they believe they got it all but in doing so they had to remove his entire voice box. The tumor had grown over his vocal cords and were preventing him from speaking clearly or breathing. He was on a trache which required 24/7 care of atleast 2 people. He had surgery and was in ICU for months which has cost my mother money they didn’t have for hotel fees and eating out just to be near my dads side. His prescriptions already cost a lot before now and they’re currently living off of his SSI to get by as my mother has been caring for him and unable to work. I’m usually not one to ask for help and if I had the money I would ABSOLUTELY help but my family was recently displaced and we are starting over in a new area closer to them but have struggles of our own. Currently my dad has hospital bills stacking up and is in a rehab facility until they release him to go home on the ventilator with 2 person 24/7 care which they simply can’t afford. Insurance won’t cover what they need. My dad was a manager of the Piggly Wiggly in Conyers for decades! My parents have done so much for others and ALWAYS worked SO HARD and I just hope to show them that people REALLY DO CARE! THEY MATTER! My dad is struggling lately to remember just that because he knows the burden they’re under. PLEASE help me HELP THEM!! Thank you and GOD BLESS!
