Please Help My son with co-pay for medicine

My son Robert settlemyer Was diagnosed 5 years ago with IGA nephropathy. A year and a 1/2 ago he lost his job Because he was sick too often and deemed unreliable. One year ago In October he went into end stage renal failure. At that point he had to have a Parentaneal dialysis port placed in his lower abdomen. And begin dialysis Immediately. Every night he has to connect to a machine For 12 hours to do his dialysis. He immediately was eligible for medicaid. Medicare was approved about 4 months ago. It is a requirement to be on the kidney transplant list that you have 2 insurances. So he finally got placed on the list. We are now awaiting a kidney transplant and have a possible donor lined up lined up to be tested very soon. His insurance will pay for the entire procedure but after the transplant he will have 4 anti rejection medications that he will have to take for the rest of his life. These medications are only covered at 80% by his insurance and and he has a 20% copay which the financial specialist said would be approximately $200 to $300 out of his pocket per month for at least 1 1/2 years until he is able to get back to work and pay for it himself He lives on disability and only receives about $750 per month. After his bills are all paid he only has about $250 left. He receives $77 per month in food stamps  so that $250 that is left usually goes towards food. For the rest of the month for him and his 2 children. So I'm asking for help to help him pay that 20% copay.
