Please help my sweet puppy dog Angel

Hello all of all of you magnificent creations of God! I could really use your help right now to help me cover the surgery fees for my sweat baby girl Angel! She has a torn acl which will require surgery! Iv unfortunately had a couple of slow months with work and had to buy a new car just a few weeks ago! I am so greatfull for this pup!
