Please help Nala bear get the surgery she needs

My girlfriend's dog was diagnosed with an epulis growth in her mouth and needs surgery to get it removed. If it gets bigger, it could go into her gums. They also have to send in a biopsy of it to make sure it's not cancerous. We've looked around at different vets and the only one that will take her wants all the payment up front.

We hate asking for help like this but thanks to this thing called life, we decided to try this and see if it helps. Anything helps; she's our baby and we hate seeing her like this. Thank you in advance for the support.
